Today's menu is a spicy seafood U-don.
 
Actually U-don is from Japan.
But nowadays there were
so many kinds of recipes from various countries.
 
Today I'll show you a Korean style U-don recipe.
It has spicy soup and healthy seafood.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 1] After washing your hands,
prepare ingredients
for today's cook first.
 
 
 
 2] Cut onion about 0.5cm thickness.
 
 
 
 3] Preheat the pot for 3minutes in the middle flame first,
and then put 1T olive oil and onion.
Stir fry it for 1minute and put 2 shrimps and cut calamaries.
 
 
 4] Now add 500ml water and cut crap.
And then, just boil it when it till simmer.
 
 
 
 5] When it's simmering,
 put <1T red pepper powder/2T U-don sauce/1t salt>!
 
 
 
 6] So now is the last step!
Put U-don noodles into the boiling spot(with 500ml water)
and boil it about for 3minutes.
And then in the bowl put it with hot soup what we made.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 It tastes little spicy and refreshing because of some seafood.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
I introduced a special U-don recipe today.
Well I think it's a fusion food from Korea and Japan.
I used a U-don noodles from Japan and some seasonings from Korea.
Anyway it tastes really refreshing and little spicy.
It's good to eat it when you felt cold.

Welcome to recipes blog Daniel-land!
Today, I bring a special noodle soup recipe.
Rice is a healthy food ingredients.
So, nowadays people like to eat food what made by rice.
 
I'll make a rice noodles soup with some beef brisket.
And in the stock I used some dried anchovy and dried kelp.
It'll makes good flavor and good for our health too!
Let's make it together!
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 1] Prepare ingredients for today's cook first.
 
 
 
 2] In the pot, put
<50g dried anchovy,2 dried mushrooms,2pcs(4cm x 4cm) dried kelp,500ml water>
And boil it about 10 minutes in the middle flame.
 
 
 
 3] Now, we have to soak rice noodles in tepid(about 50~60 celsius dgree) water
for about 20minutes. It's a really important step!
Not cook in the boiling water, just soak in the tepid water!
 
 
 
 4] During soaking rice noodles,
I'm gonna done to make stock.
Scoop stock's ingrediehts with a sieve.
And not throw away muchroom and kelp.
These are good using as toppings.
 
 
 5] In to the stock, put <1t soy sauce,1t salt,1/3t ground pepper>.
 
 
 
 6] When the stock is boiling, cook beef brisket for about 40seconds.
If you cook it more, it's gonna tough.
 
 
 
6-1] Just like this :)
 
 
 
7] And then eliminate all of impurities for clean stock.
 
 
 
8] Now, we have to check our rice noodles~~
 
 
 
8-1] Can you see?
It looks soaked enough to eat.
 
 
 
 9] Cut into slice kelp/mushroom/perilla leaf just like that.
 
 
 
 10] We're almost done.
Put rice noodles in the bowl first,
apply hot stock what we made repeatedly(about 4 times) on it.
And add out toppings and some bean sprouts,
cooked beef brisket on it, we are done now!
 
 
 
 It looks abundant. Isn't it?
 
 
 
 Try to eat it with some beef brisket!
Really tasty!
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Today, I introduced how to make rice noodle soup.
Rice noodles have really good texture
especially when you cook it what I told today.
And it's  low calories,good for our health too!

Welcome to Korean recipes blog Daniel-land!
Today, I bring a easy to cook and tasty recipe.
I'll make a pizza dough only by potato.
Slice it first and then cook in the preheated pan.
Let's make it together!
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 1] Prepare ingredients for today's cook first.
 
 
 
 2] Slice potato 0.2cm thickness.
 
 
 
3] And then cut into thin strips about 0.2cm.
If you cut it too thick, it's hard to cook it on the pan.
 
 
 4] Cut onion into slice too and mix it with cut potato.
 
 
 
 5] Now, in the preheated(4minutes in the middle flame) pan,
put 1T olive oil, cut potato and onion.
And then toast it about 3minutes for each side.
 
 
 6] Now put 100g pizza cheese on it,
put a rid on and cook it about 4minutes.
If you don't have a oven, you can eat it now.
 
 
 
 7] But if you have oven,
cook it in the oven(preheated 250celsius degree) for about 4minutes.
It looks more delicious than without cooking in the oven one.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
If you add some maple syrup on it.
You can enjoy it better flavor.
