Hello~
This is Daniel Song who is managing
Korean recipes blog in Toronto of Canada.
How are you today?
It's colder day by day, isn't it?
Be careful not to catch a cold!
Today, I'm gonna show you a special salad recipe with spicy dressing.
I used beef brisket and some rice noodles for salad.
It has a really good flavor and texture.
And simple recipe to make too.

 * For 1 person *
100g beef brisket,50g rice noodles(dried),1/3 lettuce,25g young leaves,
1t salt,1/3t ground pepper,1/2T olive oil

* For dressing *
1T red pepper paste,1/2T soy sauce,1T cook syrup,1T pineaple puree
1/2T lemon juice,1t sesame,1T sesame oil

* ETC *
1L tepid water for soaking dried rice noodles

# Time :: 30 minutes
#Level of difficulty :: ★★

 1] After washing your hands and then prepare ingredients for today's cook.

 2] Now, cut lettuce into about 3~4cm size by hands.
This size is good for eating.

 3] Put cut lettuce and young leaves in a large bowl with 1L cold water.

 4] Now, I'm gonna soak rice noodles in 1L tepid(45~55 celsius degree)water.
Using the soaked rice noodles is better than boiled one.

5] At 100g beef brisket, put 1t salt and 1/3 ground pepper for seasoning.

6] Preheat the pan in the high flame for 3minutes first
and then roast beef just for about 50 seconds for each side.
don't cook for a long time. If you then, beef's texture will be really tough.

 7] Now, let's make spicy dressing.
<1T red pepper paste,1/2T soy sauce,1T cook syrup,
1T pineaple puree,1/2T lemon juice,1t sesame,1T sesame oil>
Put these ingredients in to the bowl and then just mix them together.

 8] About 20minutes later, you have to check rice noodles's condition.
If it's texture is soft enough to eat, it means it's done!
so now,put some <rice noodles/cut lettuce/young leaves> in a large plate,
and then sprinkle spicy sauce!

 We're done!

Today I introduced a special salad recipe with spicy dressing.
This is good for a light meal too.
It's because there's some rice noodles too in one plate.
Thanks for reading my post today~!
God bless you and have a great day!
