so, today I'll show you a special steamed pork recipe in Korean style.
It takes litte bit long time,
but simple and very tasty, good for our health too.

200g pork belly(with skin),20g cinamon bark,2T ginseng juice,
50g green onion,1T instant coffe powder,1/4 white gimchi,

*white radish Korean salade(side dish)*

3] And now I'm gonna seasoning the pork with 1T oyster sauce,1/2t pepper power.
and then roast at the grill pan about 5minutes.

4]When water is boiling, put 2T ginseng juice and then

we have to prepare our side dish, white gimchi and the radish salade.
