Today's recipe is Korean style roasted chuck flap tail.
It's really tasty part of the meat.

It's because, usually most Koreans eat thinly meat.
It's a very simple recipe.
Easy and tasty!
And I'll show you a Korean style green onion salad recipe too.
When you eat it with a meat, it helps digsestion and taste good too~

*Seasonings for sliced green onion salad*
1T balsamic vinegar,1T sesame oil,1/2T maple syrup
Wash your hands first,
and then prepare ingredients for today's menu.
1] Well, first, we're gonna marinate chuck flap meat.
I'll use just next seasonings for meat.
<1t salt,1/3t black pepper powder,1T sesame oil,1t dried basil>
some basil makes it more aromatic and good to rid meat smell.
2] Now, I'm gonna make green onion salad in Korean style.
Just put 25g thinly sliced green onion in a bowl first,
and then put some seasonings.
<1T balsamic vinegar,1T sesame oil,1/2T maple syrup>
We're done green onion salad!!
Is it really easy? right?
3] And next step is, roasting chuck flap tail meat!
we should preheat the grill pan first!(4minutes in middle flame)
and then start to roast our meat ~
front side first and turn it to cook another side.
I recommend the roasting time for each side about 50seconds.
It's the best cooking time to eat soft.
4] Almost done!
and now, I'm gonna grind 1t sesame.
It makes our cook better flavor.
And just heap a plate with meat/green onion salad!
And sow some ground saseme!
It's really tasty when I eating with some green onion salad~
Just look at this beautiful meat juice!
I'm so sorry because of my poor English skill.
It's colder day by day~
I hope you not to catch a cold!
Thank you very muuch, have a great day!
